Sent for my Charges couple weeks ago to Abbey and offered the £10 for the info and they sent it free (result )

Sent my initial 'You owe me' letter for £1300, lets see if they are so caring kind and quick one that one (no, i doubt it too)

Will keep you posted

Question Re: Me V Abbey

Will have to calculate that, on the to do list. Got letter back from Abbey stating waiting for the OFT Court outcome blah blah, the usual everyone is getting. Now, quick question, should I still send an LBA or not or just wait?

Thanks!

I havent heard anything about the £1300 charges I'm claimning back but today I randomly got refunded £110 charges from over the past 6 months so I contacted Abbey and apparently it was because my account had been 'in good standing' however when asking about the rest was fobbed off to the Bradford complaints office and told to wait for the OFT Test case outcome...hhhhmmmm, I shall keep pestering them and at least i have a new angle, 'you could refund £110, surely that is a sign of admission charges are unfair...'
