Angry rubbish abbey

Hello everyone this is my first time here and i am excited with what i am reading.
I am an abbey customer(regretful) and they owe me big time, And i am in the process of sending them a data request letter.
Just had a letter with £70 charge for two unpaid dircet debit i am so peed off with this bank. plus they say i owe them over £500 in unpaid charges.

p.s. dont forget to open a parachute account and move your direct debits over also let the benefits agency know to move any payments and/or your employer

Received letter today from abbey, the usual , we have the file on microfiche and arrangements is made to send you the last fourteen months of transaction. They also sent my cheque back saying that i have requested the file for more than one account so i will have to send ten pounds for each account

Cliffordf, is the other account in joint names? if so they are quite right, it is £10 per person, if the second account is in your name only then they are wrong, the £10 charge is the charge for information held by that institution on the person, no matter how many accounts are held.

Clifford - the lady who deals with the S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) stuff is a SHEENA SMALL her telephone number is 01908 344061 (she is what they call a data protection consultant) - I spoke to her when I was waiting for our statements etc.. and she was really good and made enquiries as to how fast they'd get stuff to me etc.. it may be worth a phone call to chase things along??
