Default Complaint failed

Well i sent my letters/e-mails/faxes recvived phone call saying that the charges are standard and for administration costs and that the abbey was not prepared to divuldge why they charge that ammount i was told it was an interenal procedure. So i guess thats it now. After speaking to the supervisor shar Mohammed i was told that was abbeys final descision and i would have to contact the financial ombidsman if i was not happy. So am not happy now

lol yeah i read the faq but the trouble is the charges only amount to £100 and im unemployed at the moment so can not afford to go to court. Sorry i should of been more specific sorry

You may well not have to pay court fees. Go and see your local court. I think that you will find that unwaged persons are excused.
