I used this address:

Data Protection Manager
Data Protection Team
Regulatory Compliance
Abbey House
201 Graftons Gate East
Milton Keynes
MK9 1AN

Found it on one of the top threads

I used to work for one of the bigger insurance companies and we always sent these requests straight to the DP team to deal with too.

Hope it helps

Hello all,
I'm new to the site and I also hope to recover many charges from Abbey. As this is all new to me can anyone help with the following question (as lame as it maybe) How do you differenciate charges that are justified (if they can!), to ones that ar not?
