| Re: MineNotYours V Abbey Freedom of Info? Wrong one! That's for things like hospitals and councils!
What you need to send is a Subject Access Request. Template's in the library.
May I suggest that you start at the beginning by reading the FAQs and step-by-step before you go any further? If the bank suspect you don't know what you're doing, they'll mess you around twice as hard. |

| Re: MineNotYours V Abbey Well, if it is the Subject Access Request tempate in the Library, yes, it is the right letter. To whom you sent it, I can't say if that is the right one on the info you provide, but if it is to Data Protection Act dept, it shd be ok. |

| Re: MineNotYours V Abbey whar are you like !! case of left hand not knowing what right hand is doing.....!!
when i first came on the site and looked at all the different letters i understood them, but when it came to sending them off i didnt know which one to use, so now i do things one bit at a time so not to confuse myself (not difficult at all)
good luck you dont half make me laugh!!
