Join Date: Mar 2008 I am in: i live in hertfordshire Posts: 91	oldman v abbey Hi, recieved list of charges from abbey today,going back to sept/01 they say the statements for the current year will be sent out in 5 to 7 daysfrom date of this letter. Two things, 1, how far back can i claim for.? 2, what,s my next step,? Charges amount to just over £1,500 any help or advice will be most welcome.
