Default Abbey Credit Card

Evening folks.
Help needed if possible?
My partner is in the throws of legal action with Halifax.and her determination and apparant success so far prompted me to persue various accounts and cards I have.
To this end I sent a Data protection letter to Abbey credit card back on 27th May. The reply and breakdown of late fee charges and over limit fee charges arrived on Saturday. I have looked aroung the site, but cant find where I need to go next?.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.
Keep up the good work.
Bemozzie.

Evening to you too, bemozzie. Click on the links below in my sig, namely FAQs and Libraries. Take a close look at the Step by Step Instructions amongst many and you shouldn't go wrong.

And keep reading other peoples threads ... you will gain a lot of knowledge and insight by doing so.

As well, start a new thread in the Bank Action Group forum 'Abbey'.

Smile Oz vs Abbey Credit Card

My partner has been on this site for a couple of months now, and to be honest I kind of poo pood it all.
However she has stuck with it and convinced me to try to get my charges back from various credit cards.
I sent the Data Protection Act letter on May 27th to Abbey Credit card , and recieved the reply on Sat last, the 23rd?.
I am now in the process of sending the follow up letter.......but more to the point, my partner has just been payed in full by the Halifax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So any doubting Thomas's ...get it on!!!!!
