Idle Hands Vs Abbey ****please help

Hi Folks.

This is the first time i posted on here, so sorry if this question seems a little daft, i have looked at the threads but can find one relating to my question.

Basically last year Jan started my claim against abbey all the way up to the lba, i didnt actually submit my claim through mcol as funds were a bit tight back then and i couldnt afford the £80.00. Also it kinda coincided with the announcement of the test case, and court stays etc.

Since then i have been a bit idle and haven't really persude it any further, if i wanted to take it up again would i have to start from the beginning or carry on where i left off.

Hi, start with the LBA again, also, I would advise against MCOL as the particulars of claim that you fill in are extremely limited. before you start again, have another read of the FAQ's just to familiarise yourself. Any more questions, just post back in this thread
