| Re: abbey and new case. hi sandra, as far as i know allocation wuestionair is sent by both parties please someone correct me if i am wrong but thats what happend with me i filled one and sent it to the courts in which then i got one from abbey as well as the courts maybe they do this even without a court claim if it will helo you i have a thread here abroadgirl v abbey i have put in my allocation questionair and i got lots of help so if u have 10 mins to spare you are welocme to pop in and have a read i know someone else wuill help you aslo

you will still receive the AQ, have to file the fee and then it will be stayed - frustrating, but we just have to wait |
