| Re: Andy T Vs Abbey (scotland) i have phoned and spoken to call serve and they told me i had to give them in writing that i was in dispute with the amount owed since i aint very good with letters im wondering if some one could read over this and give me a bit of advice Without Prejudices Dear Sirs As per requested in our telephone call today (5th July 2006) I am writing to you to confirm my intention to dispute the amount of £470.89 owed to your client Abbey National PLC as I feel a large percentage of this is made up of disproportionate penalties against me that I intend to clam back along with all penalty charges accumulated since opening this account. Please note that any attempt of court action from your self’s will result in a counterclaim, and I will be asking for damages for illegal harassment and possibly defamation of character for incorrect entry on my credit reference file Yours Sincerely

| Re: Andy T Vs Abbey (scotland) Receaved this letter today (20 July 2006) from abbey and not sure if there trying to stop it being a Data Protection Act request there for takeing as long as they want to send it
17 July 2006
Dear Mr Andy T
Thanks for your letter dated 05 july 2006, which we reveived on 12 july 2006, requesting infornation on your acount
the transactional information you require is available on your system and will be forwarded to you, free of charge, under separate cover.
Therefore we return the £10 fee, which is enclosed with this letter
you have also asked for details of any "Manual intervention" to mean an action that is not automatic or computer-driven. not all manual interventions are recorded for example if a member of staff looks at a paper document relation to your account, a record is not always required. similarly some interventions may relate to work carried out by a department rather than individuals were no central record or activity is kept because this is not the kind of information we need, or more importantly, that a customer would usually request.
(in theory then aint this part leaving the bank wide open fictitious staff defrauding customer accounts withought any way to know who done it because of no records of which member of staff accessed the accounts. I find this part hard to believe)
if you have any questions please call us on the above number
yours sincerely
P.speed
