Just sent off my letter before action! Will keep you posted. Also got another account which they have insisted on another £10 for, I know its a stalling tactic so I am just sending it, I will claim it back later.
For any one who is reading this, remember, you are a good citizen just trying to get on in life, banks are here to provide us with a service, we entrust them with our money throughout the whole of our lives. There will come a time when they are looking after our childrens hard earned cash too!
THEY DO NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY, THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO DICTATE WHEN, WHERE AND HOW YOUR PENALTYS WILL DOLED OUT! IT IS A BANK............ NOT A COURTROOM, JUDGE AND JURY!
THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO DIRUPT YOUR LIFE.
IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE FAT CAT BANK THAT YOU ARE WITH, MOVE ON, SOMEONE SOMEWHERE IS GOING TO SEE THE GAP IN THE MARKET AND CREATE A BANK THAT CARES, A BANK THAT COMMUNICATES HONESTLY AND A BANK THAT CAN BE TRUSTED!
THAT BANK IS NOT SHABBEY! IT WILL SOON BE RENAMED FLABBY SHABBEY BECAUSE OF ALL THE CREAM IT HAS STOLEN FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND ME!
I am fighting for my money back but most of all I am fighting for my childrens future. Something has to change and T0OGETHER WE CAN CHANGE IT !

Hi good luck with it, if I may just make a suggestion of keeping a majority of your post in one colour its quite hard to read the way you have laid your previous post out.
