| Re: Phoenix vs Abbey Hi, I sent my schedule off last week, I just used the template in the library and deleted the last two columns. Basically a breakdown of the charges you are claiming back below is an example:
Miss xxx Account xxxxxx Abbey
In respect of: Amount: Date Incurred
Unauthoried overdraft fee £ 15.00 15/04/2004
Unpaid direct debit £32.00 27/05/2004
Hope this helps you, also did you not get charges for any other years?? Only this last year??

| Re: Phoenix vs Abbey Yes, anything really, just so long as you get the gist of things now, good luck with you claim, I will be watching out of interest! You didnt mention if you had charges from earlier years. If you think you have and dont have your statements there is another process you can follow, being a kelptomaniac I have all mine but take a look at other threads, there are plenty of folk who havent kept theirs and are going down the road of trying to get them! |
