Please type us the exact proceedings and someone will be along to help.
Welcome by the way,
Penfold | Based on my calculation I was expecting £3000 from them .I did take them to court this was after my 1st letter to abbey. I just saw that that after my 1st letter they paid that £700 to my account. Abbey did not write any letter to me as to regard to the payment and I did not call nor write them that I have accepted the money/offer |

Thanks | OK, we are getting somewhere now, did you sign anything to say you were accepting it as settlement or did they write to you about it? Did you ever S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) them?

First step is to S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) them, work your charges out on the spreadsheets then Letter Before Action them.
Once you have done all that, and it will take a while you will be in a position to issue a court claim against them and start things officially. You would probably not get away with your previous actions and also how did you you work out you were owed £3000 roughly? Did you keep every statement?
Hope that helps a bit,
Penfold
