help needed !!

Hello everyone !!

Within the last couple of weeks i have only now been aware that bank charges are illegal. So i am now im in the process of trying to get these charges back. I have prepared a letter to send to abbey national in regards to getting the bank statements and list of charges from abbey national bank. Wat i need to know is do i send the letter to abbey nationals head office address or some other address. Also the cheque for 10 pounds who is that made payable to is that the bank itself or someone other organisation in reagrds to getting the info

Any help in regards to this matter will be much appreciated.
