| Re: court date postponed from 29th August 2007 to March 2008! Very interesting! The stay was ordered by the district judge himself however, I have never been informed that I could have the opportunity to contest this? |

| Re: court date postponed from 29th August 2007 to March 2008! Thank you Lula, I won't waste my time then!
Would I be correct in thinking that if the case with the OFT goes in all our favour rather then the banks, I won't have such a tough time in obtaining my charges back via my court case?
Thanks again.
