Default Can i charge abbey for overdrawing me ?

Dont know if this is possible or not. The abbey cash machine didnt vend from my abbey account, and deducted the money from me. While its being sorted out, my account is the red for the amount by 10 days.

They have charged me at every opportunity, for being even 10p overdrawn. Can i charge them for overdrawing me ?

If you ask them they would probably refund the amount you are out of pocket by, as for charging them you will be wasting your time and i would seriously advise against trying it, especially as you consider there is no mention of you making charges to them in the Ts + Cs
Also that would make you no better than the banks, none of us should be down on the same level as the banks.
Make an appointment to see someone at your branch and explain that you have lost money and want reimbursing.
Let us know how you get on

Whilst you cannot charge them, you claim claim all charges back, do you have statements? if not, you can order them and then start the process of reclaiming all charges back. Welcome to the Abbey Forum
