| Re: Kerrianne vs Abbey Kerrianne, your LBA was a threat of court action IN YOUR OWN GOOD TIME< so dont worry too much about it at the moment, the banks have been given leave to ignore these complaints at the moment so they arent going to answer you anyway, I am presuming that you have already completed the spreadsheet with interest.
This is a difficult one, as it is 3 years (2004 - yes?) I would say that you have time to ignore it for a while, but there is no saying what sort of a deal that the banks and the OFT are going to cook up amongst themselves.
My opinion? get the claim into the court as soon as you can afford it, you do have some time under the statute of limitations but i wouldnt delay it any longer than you have to.
I Hope this helps. and if anyone has any other advice, then I am sure that they will be along to advise you, this is just my opinion and I stand to be corrected by it.
