Hello everyone. Hope you are all well.
I have been putting off asking this question because I dont want to appear stupid! Anyhooooo.. here goes.
Just after the oft case was announced, (letter dated 12 August ), Shabbeys AQ copy arrived to state that they had requested a stay for one month to resolve, blah, blah, blah.
Well I have contacted on numerous occasions to come to some kind of amicable resolution to save time later but been ignored each time. Now that it is October and they have had plenty of time to resolve but have not, can I ask for a strike out still?? Does that sound stupid? I know payouts are on hold but surely as the bank asked for the stay to resolve in the first place , they shouldve done so. GGRRRR.

from my experiance and several others the request for a months stay was and is purley a stalling tactic used by abbey...........sorry to burst ur bubble.......now that the stay is in place abbey will not be negotiating full stop..... sorry
