i am worried now as i have a court date on the 11/10 . i have prepared my court bundle but now am i to expect a stay pending the oft test case??? or is it down to the judges to decide? youd think theyd tell us not to waste our time! what a bloody long time to wait.Where will i find Q and A to ask and i have also recevied new charge sheet by abbey. Apprently they are sending out a tired system of charges depending on the direct debit amount to how much they will charge in the future.
Is this tiered approach a mitigation that they charged too much?? Has somone looked into this

I think if you work out the new charge compared to the old you will find not much difference! No surprise there.
Have a read of the links in my signature regarding stays and what you can expect. The likelihood is that your banks solicitors will apply for a stay and the local judge will decide whether to grant it or not. If it is granted then you can apply to have it lifted. The links in my sig will give you more information on this.
