Unhappy Sorry but thick today!!

Just joined and already lost in the forums.

I have a case I think against Abbey - anyway they have taken loads of my money. Can someone please simply tell me which bank letter templates and in which order I need to send them to try this process out. Many thanks.

You really need to take time to read the FAQs and the step by step guide. You also need to keep your points in one thread.

The mods will be after you!!

Thanks to all. Now got everything clear - and I'm off! First letter going to be sent today.

Just a thought. As Abbey have been using the microfische argument, is it best to just include a paragraph on this in the first letter. In other words just letting them know that I am aware of this argument and don't bother trying it.

Thanks
