is the address for the request for the six years backdated statements
not the one supplied by CHEM14346777?
WHICH IS data protection team
regulatory compliance
abbey house
201 graffton gate east
milton keynes mk9 1an.

and that it cost you a tenner to sent of for the statements.Please
can some one clarify this as I have my letter written and ready
to post,and not sure were to send it.I am just off the phone to abbey
who would not give me an address,but says they would send the request
for me to the relevant department,which of course I don`t trust.

Chem's address sounds good. Send it special delivery then there is no question that someone received it.

You can request back statements online if you access your accounts that way and it doesn't mention any charge for this it just gives you a to and from date to fill in.
