Default Hi just joined

Hi all

Just joined today. Have been with the Abbey for some 7 years and incurred charges on and off during this period.

Having lived with these, recently I was hit with £300 of charges in one day!!!!! All this has done is beside making me cheesed off is put my account further into difficulties.

So I've calculated all my charges since I've opened my account (luckily I keep all my statements etc for at least 10 years) and am now drafting my letter.

So, any pointers on what to do and as there are number of addresses the Abbey have to correspond with. Which one is best to send the initial claim to?

Thanks for your help.
