| court soon Hi everyone, won't type the whole story,on previous links, My case stayed until 27 june. Was a bit confused about what it all meant.
Spoke to a very helpful clerk at county court, checking on what's happening with my case. The courts have so many cases filed they're going in a big pile to be reviewed by judge together. She will then make the orders for everyone to appear in court. So should have my court date in the next 3 weeks. Was so happy when clerk said they receive hundreds of claims weekly, hope everybody wins and we get our money back. Was getting a bit despondent about it all taking so long but can't wait for court now, £2,000.00 not much to a bank but means a lot to me. Gonna get my bundle sorted, open a new account and pray i'm not gonna lose. be just my luck. Thought i'd tell you how i'm progressing and I will let you know how it goes.
court bundle link very helpful, many thanks . love this site. bon |

| Re: court soon hi ICY,thought about inga, claim is for £1792 + £220 costs so wasn't sure how much to settle for. Offer a settlement minus costs or go to court, that's the question. |

| Re: court soon ask her for the full amount, and quote a few case numbers that have won, her incentive will be for it to settle quickly so less work and costs for them, alternatively, they will have to pay more in interest and wasted costs |
