Mailboxes are offered at £6 per year

Mailboxes for persons who qualify for exemption from County Court fees are free of charge.

We will not ask for evidence that you qualify for a free e-mail box. We will take you at your word. However we reserve the right to terminate a mailbox service on seven days notice.

We will not pass your email address or contact details to anyone aside from relevent authorities if asked for, with proper paperwork or an order from a judge.

We are offering pop3 access and Non-secure webmail.

The addresses are offered strictly for personal use or for the purposes of recovering bank charges or for other consumer complaint matters. (We hope that the use of a Consumer Action Group or a Bank Action Group e-mail address will assist you when making a claim or trying to solve any consumer-related problems).

Please do not use any e-mail containing our domain names for any commercial activity including marketing all other business use.

The use of our domain names for the purposes of spamming or other mass e-mailing is strictly forbidden.

The e-mail address is for the sole use of a person to whom it has been issued. Please do not share it.

We do not offer a forwarding service.

You may access your e-mail account by logging on to our server.

Alternatively you may pick up mail via our pop3 server.

Users must not:

use the email address for menacing, threatening, racist and/or xenophobic remarks, sending copyrighted material, sending or receiving pornographic material, or any other illegal content.

attempt to view email accounts that are not in their name.

We reserve the right to terminate the e-mail box without notice and without refund for breaches of any of the above.

E-mail storage

Please do not let your mailbox accumulate more than 20 MB of e-mails and attachments. Also be aware that it is the policy of the hosting company to delete all mail messages which are older than 60 days.
